​This practical workshop will introduce you to a healthy recipe  that is quick and easy to prepare &  improve nutrition and encourage smart eating habits.

Sessions will cover:

• How to prepare delicious healthy   meal on a budget.
• Serve a variety of healthy foods and snacks
