Join Vybe365 & HYPU live via Zoom on Thursday 17 February  as we lead you in creating your own carnival headdress!

Masquerading is core to the West Indian tradition of carnival. In addition to the sounding music and energetic dancing, costumes play a central role during this celebratory period. In this session, you will learn about the history, and why elements such as feathers, are so significant to the headdress.

Collect your  free carnival head dress pack by  11 February 2022 (You will be asked to leave a £2 deposit which is refundable after you have taken part in the activity)

*Each DIY pack contains: glitter craft foam, pipe cleaners, self-adhesive gems and stickers, feathers, tape, safety scissors, ribbon and embellishments.

*products in the pack are safe for family use, but young children MUST be accompanied when using smaller items and safety scissors
